Chip Kanour : B.A. Georgia State University; 28 years electrical utility sales experience. Responsibility: Georgia Power Company, State of Georgia Public Power including Georgia Transmission Corp, MEAG Power, and Consulting Engineers

Chris Oliver:  BSEE, University of Delaware 1991, 19 years electrical sales experience.  Responsibilities are Florida Distribution and all accounts along I-4 and north, including the Tampa area.  Began with USI April 2013

Daniel Beck: Rhodes College and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Over 13 years experience in managing accounts.  Began with USI February 2013.  Responsibilities: Tennessee and Northern Mississippi territory manager.

Lance Martin:  BS, University of North Georgia.  7 years experience in the electrical field including 2-1/2 years with contractors.  Responsibilities:  Public Power market in Georgia.

Laura Beck Carlson: B.A. Samford University, M. Ed., Carson-Newman University; Experience includes 15 years in education. Began with USI July 2020. Responsibilities: Mississippi Public Power, Mississippi Power Company, West Tennessee Public Power Market.

Jon Toth: AS Business, Business Management- Florida State College @ Jacksonville. 43 years of Sales Experience, last 8 years in Electric Utility Sales as a Manufacturer’s Agent Rep. Area of Responsibility: Public Power in East TN and portions of Middle TN. Veteran, United States Navy

Shawn Collins: 28 years of electrical utility experience including a stint on a Line Crew as well. Outside sales specialist and most recently specializing in metering and software sales. Began with USI 2023. Responsibilities: Public Power Sales in West Georgia and East Alabama as well as technical sales throughout the USI territory.

Greg Sowell: Born and raised in South Carolina and is a Graduate of the University of South Carolina. Greg has been married for 14 years and is a proud father of 2 kids. Experience includes 6 years in the utility industry with a major distributor. 2 years in operations and 4 years of outside sales. Began with USI in 2023. Responsibilities: public power accounts in South Florida and FPL

Amy Sides:  B.S. Industrial Management, University of Alabama, Over 20 years experience in the electrical industry.  Customer Service / Inside Sales

Wendy Poe:  Over 30 years experience in customer service, 15 plus years of inside sales creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process. Has been with USI since 2011. Customer Service / Inside Sales

Laura Thornton: A.A.S. Computer Network Systems, ITT Technical Institute, Experience includes over 25 years in customer service, 10 years inside sales, 10 years information technology. Has been with USI since 2013. Customer Service / Inside Sales.

Dana Y. Crittenden: B.S. in Business Administration, Faulkner University.  30 years experience in Customer Service and Sales. 19 Years spent working with a Manufacture Rep agency in the Transmission and Distribution Utility industry (Inside sales/Customer Service).  Began working with USI in February 2024. Responsibilities include Alabama, Substation Packagers and Georgia.
